Chas is an executive with a 16-year career in the finance sector, spanning diverse industries. His expertise lies particularly in the dynamic realm of technology startups and venture capital. As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chas serves multiple high-growth tech companies, and he is also a founder of several deep tech startups.
What sets Chas apart is his global perspective and proven track record. He excels in conceiving and executing financial, commercial, risk management, and leadership strategies that consistently yield exceptional results. His ability to navigate complex environments, dissect financial and operational performance, identify key drivers, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders has been instrumental in enhancing business outcomes.
One of Chas’ notable achievements is the recent successful roll-up of 11 tech companies, a transaction in which he closely collaborated with PwC's M&A, Tax, and Legal teams. This intricate transaction had a substantial value exceeding NZ$1 billion.
Chas’ professional journey began as a consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), where he honed his skills before transitioning into the dynamic tech startup and venture capital landscape more than four years ago. His comprehensive finance background equips him with a unique advantage in evaluating potential targets and efficiently managing financial growth, ensuring robust returns for investors.
Chas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Auckland. He is also a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
Chas partners closely with visionary entrepreneurs to disrupt traditional value chains and accelerate business outcomes. He provides strategic and financial guidance from early-stage ideation through to growth, helping ventures navigate complexity while scaling within a high-performance ecosystem.

Daks is an executive with over 10 years’ experience in investment management in South Asian markets. He is currently managing local teams in technology, investment research and analytics, commodity trading and real estate across multiple locations in Asia.
Daks has been a part of Australian blockchain and start up ecosystem for the past 5+ years. Daks is an advisor and an investor to multiple blockchain related start-ups, he is also a member of Melbourne University Accelerator Program (MAP) for high potential start-ups.
Daks works closely with business owners and leadership teams to help them navigate through complex commercial challenges and is renowned for an outcomes-based approach.
